Gems of Truth

The masses of people don't seem to care about eternity! Living for the temporal but the Bible warns us to look for the eternal. 2 Co 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. The word "while" says, "don't let your days, weeks and years be lost in that which has no eternal value. While you are waiting to decide time waits for no one, 2Co_6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) You can believe on Christ now for eternal life!
This one is called a friend to whom He asked a question. The question is about the wedding garment - Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? The problem is not that he is in the banquet hall but that he did not have the wedding garment!
With all the violence and murder and uncertainty in our world, we never know what a day will bring, but we know dangerous times are here.
Colossians 1:17 "And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." The universe exists and is ever expanding because of the power of His Word. And it says here, "…by him all things consist." It is impossible to separate Creation from its Creator, Christ. But yet the miracle of the creation story and the truth of God's Word are being removed from our educational system and from our society. And then some would question why so much violence and murders are sweeping our country and schools!

Do we realize how awful to be left behind and go through the tribulation?  I don't think we do!  Nor do we realize how awful for one to die without Christ.  The death, destruction, and suffering is so great! Did you know that two-thirds of Israel will die in the tribulation? And by the time of Rev. 6:7-8 that one-fourth of mankind will be killed? At today's estimated world's population, 7.6 billion, that would be 1.9 billion people killed.
It is good manners to always believe God, to walk by faith, to honor Him by your decisions, to separate yourself from those who have not faith.  It is rather foolish to suffer as an evildoer, for the pleasures of this life, which will only last for a few years; instead of suffering for Christ because His blessing will last for all eternity.
No one has the right to alter, change in any way, the Gospel message because it is authored by God, Heb 12:2 "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
"But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. Gal. 1:11-12
Have you ever wondered if you are on the right road?  When it comes to the matter of Eternity, it is too costly to be on the wrong road!  Take the time to find out if you are on the right way! If you wait till you die, it is too late.

Life happens and hearts are broken, lives are changed to never be the same again. Too often we forget, the world, in which we are living, is a sinful world, a fallen world. There is none righteous. Righteousness cannot be achieved apart from humbling yourself under the mighty hand of God.
