Who are the many sons of Hebrews 2:9 -12. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
There are those who have Rapture anxiety and they blame us who talk about it. Let me say we who believe in the Rapture did not invent the Rapture, it is a Bible Doctrine, a God ordained event, 1 Thess. 4:13-17. Praise the Lord for those who talk about the Rapture and if you have anxiety about the Rapture seek the LORD through the Gospel, He is coming to catch away those who have believed in Him. Don’t miss the rapture! If you are prepared for the rapture, you are prepared for eternity
The Rapture is a wakeup call. It is a warning to the world, the tribulation is at hand, 2Pe 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 2Pe 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. The Rapture says something has changed. Things are not continuing as normal. The Rapture precedes the tribulation.
Our Hope is Christ and He promised to come for the believer, John 14:1-3. I want to caution our church family not to get caught up in setting dates. His coming for us in the Rapture! And the rapture is in the Father’s Hands. In my understanding of 2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. We have long since been in the window of the Rapture and we are waiting in this period of His longsuffering to us-ward, but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Man cannot set dates because no one can measure the depth of His longsuffering.
Song of Solomon 6:2-3, My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies. Son 6:3 I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies. This is an expression of love initiated by the believer to which The LORD responds. But yet I do not see this happening in the church today. Rather than coming to Church with acts of faith and worship and to stand in awe of the LORD. We come to church with a spirit of division, jealousy, and a root of bitterness, Psa_36:2 For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful. Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
"Who hath saved us" The uniqueness of our salvation is seen in that which God has already provided, 1Jn 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
Our message to all who will hear is to be ready for the rapture, Luk 12:35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; Php 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Php 2:16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
The signs of day of the LORD takes place at the end of tribulation, Mat 24:29 -31 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. And the Day of the LORD continues to the Battle of Armageddon.
If you go into eternity by the rapture or by death it is important to be following Christ, Mar 13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. Mar 13:34 For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Mar 13:35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Mar 13:36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. Mar 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
The material needed to build a church is in the believer. Because that is the plan God chose. [Eph. 4:11-16]. Paul was always preaching and teaching the believer, Col. 1:27-28 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
