Hebrews 2:9 has the same truth as Rev. 1:5, 6, And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Rev. 1:5 is past tense, "unto Him who loved us" but it has a present tense meaning, "Unto Him who loveth us" it is an ever-present love. The Love of God shown at the Cross is the same love that reaches you, John 3:16

The word lost and perish are translated from the same Greek word. Ap ol loo mee It is used ninety-two times [92] in the N.T. Only seven of the ninety-two times does it refer to being eternally damed. And six are found in The Book of John. Thirty-two of the 92 refer to physical death. [i.e. John 6:12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. It does not mean the bread is consigned to hell but rather not to be wasted.

[ i.e. 31-38]
But what about the believer [us] in the pretribulation days?  We are facing the rapture of the church. The church is the Body of Christ.  The rapture and the tribulation are inevitable on God ‘s timetable.  Our victory is won or lost in the mind, 2Co 10:4  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2Co 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Why did the LORD say in Heb 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Answer: In a real way, every time we sit before the LORD in wordship, we evaluate our self.
The JSOC is established in the Word. It is mentioned by name in Romans 14:10 and 2 Cor. 5:10.

I think it is very important to try and wrap our brain around eternity. No time exists in eternity. But yet there are verses that give insight to this endless eternity. Isa 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
