After the New Jerusalem descends there does not seem to be any difference between Heaven and Earth. Conclusion: Heaven will be on the New Earth. This is the final resting place of the saved and with the LORD Himself. Revelation 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
People choose to live in a self-imposed unawareness.  They are willfully uninformed about the Gospel of Christ. Here is what Paul said, Rom 10:1-4  Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 1Co 1:18  For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

Gal_3:8  And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.  Rom 4:13  For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.  Believing God through His Word is counted for righteousness.  It was with Abraham, Romans 4:21-22 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.  And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.  It is with us today, Romans 4:23 - 25 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;  Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Scriptures: Revelation 3:18
Wisdom is not created; its source is God. Christ is the Creator, John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Wisdom is seen here, at times, like a spectator admiring the handiwork of Christ. Also, Wisdom is seen as the Person of Christ.
Circumstances alter our plans and change us forever; they appear to ruin our lives and destroy God's plans, but God's Hand is not short nor is it feeble in reaching us among the ruins". God is never closer than when He is needed most. "Just When I need Him Most"
If you study the life of Christ, you see the understanding of human nature is most important. Most of the time we never hear what people are saying; due to the fact, we want them to hear what we are saying. After all, we have the solution to their problem or so we think. But in reality, we are powerless to resolve anything! The answer to any problem is the person and the LORD. But even then a person must come to the place of knowing where they are. If you study the life of Christ and His encounter with people, you will observe the LORD never just fixed their problems without examining their faith.
I think in the Person of Christ He can choose not to know or can temporally suppress His knowledge and operates beyond our comprehension, and we can experience with Him the time of our testing, trials either in joy or sorrow. Gen 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, where art thou? I believe that was Christ who walked and talked and fellowshipped with Adam and Eve and that fellowship was real with Christ and with them. When they sinned, I believe He choose not to know where they were hiding; that He and they could fully feel the surprise and anguish of their hiding from them.

Eternal Salvation is a one-time transaction ["He that is washed"] - Walking with Christ is a daily exercise. [Requires daily washing -pictured by washing the feet]

Jesus said," If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me..." Peter said, Lord wash me all over, I want to have a part with you. He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean,...". Peter had been washed (saved) but he needed daily washing (pictured by washing the feet).
The more you value eternal things the more tangible things you do for Christ

If you are a part of His Body, If you are saved, you should honour Him with
tangible acts done unto Him. Tangible means: real, solid, touchable, concrete and such. So the more you value eternal things the more tangible things you do for Christ. That is why we are told by the Bible to see the things that are eternal, 2Co 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
The number five (5) is the number of Grace: her word of Grace is found in these "five" (5)words: "Neither do I condemn the". You can hear the same word of Grace from Christ, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:16-18
